Account settings

Your account settings control your profile, how JARAI reaches you, and your security. Most of this lives under Settings in the Client Portal.

  1. Open Settings in the Client Portal.
  2. Update your profile (name, picture) and contact details.
  3. Set notification preferences (what you’re told about, and how).
  4. Review security — your sign-in and connected identities.

Profile & contacts

Keep your name, profile picture, and contact email current — the contact email is where review and billing notifications go, so an out-of-date address means missed approvals.

Notification preferences

Choose which notifications you receive and on which channels (in-app, email, push). Turn down noise you don’t need, but keep approval-required notifications on — those are how you know content is waiting.

Security & sign-in

You sign in with your email (and, where configured, a federated identity like Google). JARAI uses a hosted, standards-based sign-in:

  • If you can’t sign in, use the password reset / magic link flow on the login screen.
  • Sessions are protected; signing out on a shared device ends the session there.
