Customer troubleshooting
This page is being built. While we fill it in, common issues:
Can’t log in
- Forgot password → use the “Reset password” link on the sign-in page
- Sign-in link expired → ask your operator to resend the invite
- Google sign-in not working → check that your Google account email matches the one your operator invited; if not, contact your operator
Missing a production
- Productions appear in the Client Portal when an operator runs them for your account. If you expected one and don’t see it, ask your operator to confirm it ran.
- If it’s there but not approved/published, you may need to approve it via the rights review screen.
Subscription issue
- See Billing or Contact support.
