Choice of law

JARAI Studio is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are resolved in English courts unless your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your own jurisdiction (which, in the EU, you usually do).

Key clauses (summary, not legal advice)

• Rights warranty by user: When you publish content via JARAI, you warrant you have the rights to do so.
• Indemnification: You indemnify JARAI against third-party claims arising from your published content.
• Limitation of liability: Capped at fees paid in the last 12 months or £100, whichever is higher.
• Termination: Either party can terminate the subscription with notice per your specific plan.
