Which audience are you?

JARAI Studio has two user types. Pick the one that fits you to jump to the right section of this help centre.

Operator

You log in to the Studio Console at the operator-facing URL. You produce content, manage avatars and voice variants, configure pipeline steps, and oversee distribution. Your account role is AccountOperator, PlatformAdministrator, or similar. Go to operator help →

Customer

You log in to the Client Portal at the customer-facing URL. You review productions JARAI generates for you, approve or reject content, message JARAI, and exercise your data rights. The portal has no roles or subscription page — your organisation’s subscription and team are managed in the Studio Console. Go to customer help →

  • If you invited yourself to JARAI by signing up to produce content for an organisation you manage, you’re an operator.
  • If you were invited by an operator to review and approve content they’ve produced for you, you’re a customer.
  • If you log in at console.jarai.studio, you’re usually an operator — or a customer’s own administrator, finance viewer or viewer, who manage their organisation’s subscription, billing and team there (see Team & seats).
  • If you log in at portal.jarai.studio, you’re a customer.

Still unsure? Contact us and tell us your email — we’ll point you to the right login.
