Your plan
Section titled “Your plan”Your tier sets your monthly capacity and features:
| Tier | Best for |
|---|---|
| Creator | Individuals getting started |
| Pro | Regular producers — more capacity + priority processing |
| Atelier | Teams — pooled capacity across seats |
Current pricing is on jarai.studio. Paying annually carries a discount over monthly.
Capacity & extra usage
Section titled “Capacity & extra usage”Each plan includes a monthly allowance that productions draw on. If you need more than your plan includes in a given month, turn on extra usage and buy a credit pack (or a custom amount) from the Usage page — the credit is added to your extra-usage balance and used after the monthly allowance. Larger packs carry a discount; custom amounts don’t. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Extra usage is off by default: when it’s off and your allowance runs out, AI generation pauses until the next monthly renewal.
Monthly spending cap
Section titled “Monthly spending cap”To keep extra usage within budget, set a monthly spending cap on the Usage page. Once your extra-usage spend for the month reaches the cap, further extra usage stops until the next month (your monthly allowance is unaffected). You can raise, lower or clear the cap at any time, with one rule: you can’t set a cap below what you’ve already spent this month. Any change to the cap, extra usage or auto-reload is recorded in your account’s audit trail.
Changing your plan
Section titled “Changing your plan”Upgrade or downgrade from the Subscription page. Every plan change takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of the current period: when you move up, the difference is added to your next invoice; when you move down, the unused portion of what you’ve paid comes back as a credit against it — nothing is forfeited, and your existing productions and data are unaffected. One rule: a plan that allows fewer accounts or seats than you currently use can’t be selected until you retire the extra accounts or remove the extra seats — the page tells you the counts.
Cancelling — and changing your mind
Section titled “Cancelling — and changing your mind”Cancel from the Subscription page in three clicks. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep everything you’ve paid for until then. Changed your mind? Until that date you can reinstate it from the same page (the Un-cancel link on your plan card) — no new checkout, no gap in service.
Invoices & payment
Section titled “Invoices & payment”Download invoices from the Invoices page for your accounting. If a payment fails, you’ll be notified and prompted to update your payment method — productions may pause until billing is current.
Updating your payment method
Section titled “Updating your payment method”Open Payment method in the Billing area to see the card on file. Update card takes you to Stripe’s secure page to enter a new card; JARAI never sees or stores card numbers. The same page holds your billing details — the name and email that print on invoices, an optional PO number, and your VAT or tax ID (a validated EU VAT number lets Stripe apply the reverse charge). Open Stripe takes you to the Stripe customer portal to manage cards and download past invoices.
Refunds and disputes
Section titled “Refunds and disputes”If a credit-pack purchase is refunded, the credit it bought is removed from your balance in proportion to the refund (a partial refund removes part of the credit). If you dispute a card charge with your bank, the credit from that purchase is withdrawn while the dispute is open and restored if the dispute is resolved in your favour. Repeated disputes place a temporary hold on card purchases until our team has reviewed them — subscription billing continues as normal. If something looks wrong on an invoice, contact support before raising a dispute; it’s faster.
Refer a friend
Section titled “Refer a friend”Your Subscription page has a referral link. When someone signs up with it and makes their first subscription payment, you both receive the same extra-usage credit (the amount is shown on the card). Credits land on your extra-usage balance and are used like any other extra usage. The page lists each referral and whether it’s still awaiting the friend’s first payment or has been credited. Referring yourself with a second email address doesn’t count, and referral credits are limited to ten per rolling 30 days.
